Meet Dana, our nurse practitioner injector. Dana graduated from The Master of Nursing Program at the University of Manitoba in 2012, and is one of the first nurse practitioners in Canada to receive a fellowship in phlebology. She has also completed training in medical aesthetics, including certification for
Belkyra treatment. Dana has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology and women’s health, and is passionate about performing customized medical aesthetic treatments and sclerotherapy. She hopes to establish a vein clinic at Form in the coming year!
