Corinne Paterson founded Form to provide holistic care to clients including non-surgical aesthetic treatments, Sexual Health treatments and joint health treatments. She believes in people looking and functioning their best in all aspects of their lives. Dr. Paterson is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and completed her training as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist in 2011. Her personal fundraising and volunteer work has been focused on Women’s Health, including speaking at the House of Commons in support of Keira’s Law and fundraising for the West Central Women’s Resource Centre.
